NEW ON THE WEB: Fourth teen charged in alleged rape

— A fourth 16-year-old boy has been charged in the alleged rape and abuse of a 15-year-old girl.
Dartaine M. Ubiles, 16, 56 Frontier St., Niagara Falls, was charged Tuesday morning with first-degree aggravated sexual abuse and first-degree criminal sexual act. Ubiles, Antonio J. Sheppard, Nicholas M. Smith and Dontre R. Woods have been accused of sexually assaulting the girl May 12 at Woods' home on Lock Street. The girl later reported the incident her caseworker.
