Do you know someone planning to schedule a road test? Barker High School is offering the New York State DMV’s five-hour pre-licensing class for all permit-holders, from any community, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the high school library. The fee for the class is $30 per student, with checks payable to Barker Central School. The five-hour certificate will be issued immediately at the conclusion of the class, so students must bring their learners’ permit to class with them. You can pre-register by calling James Cantella, director of adult education, at 795-3203, ext. 7315. Walk-ins are welcome on the day of the course.
