SHORELINE BYLINE: Enjoy the spring warm-up at Wilson Dog Park

Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Good morning dear readers: How’s everyone this week? Tommy Boy the JRT and I are doing pretty good. The weather has tempered a little bit and we are out walking more and enjoying a little bit of sunshine. Everyone has been asking me when the Wilson Dog Park is going to open. My answer is always the same … it never was closed — you just couldn’t get to it because of the weather. Everything was frozen solid. We will continue to make improvements to Krueger Park this year and I’ll keep you posted. I’d like to encourage everyone to visit our new Brew House Coffee shop on Catherine Street during April. Each month they choose a non-profit organization to donate the contents of their tip jar. This month it will be our dog park. I couldn’t be happier. Plus a good cup of coffee is near the top of my list of loves, right behind my dog.
