Chatterbox: It's time to 'think spring' throughout Barker area

The Barker Central School Honor Society will host the Barker Seniors for the annual breakfast at 7:45 a.m. May 7. Park in the Quaker and Haight roads parking lot.

Get your ticket now for the Barker Fire Department’s spring raffle and spaghetti dinner on May 18. Your $20 ticket includes dinner, beer and pop and a chance to win 20 great prizes, including a $1,000 cash door prize. The event runs from 1 to 4 p.m. with side raffles, 50/50, pull tabs and more. Doors open at noon; everyone must have a ticket. Get your ticket from any Barker fireman, while they last.

Orders are being taken now for the 2014 Barker Central School Latrator yearbook. Order forms can be found on the Latrator page of the BCS website or online at jostensyearbooks.com. Orders must be in by May 9. Contact Emma Dewart at edewart@barkercsd.net with any questions.
