Shoreline Byline by Betty Haag

(Continued)

Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Congratulations to senior Brett Senek, who will soon be inducted into the National Technical Honor Society. Out of 200 eligible seniors attending BOCES, Brett is one of only six who were selected, and he is the only inductee from Wilson.

In school news: Congratulations to music teacher Claudia (Tower) Andres, class of 1976, for being named a member of the 2013 Class of Distinguished Alumni at Lewiston-Porter. She was also honored as the 2013 Village of Youngstown Citizen of the Year.

Send your good news from Wilson, South Wilson and Ransomville areas to bettyhaag@verizon.net (email text only, no attachments except photos in jpg format), or call 751-4146. To see it in next week’s Shoreline Byline, please pass it along before 5 p.m. Thursday.
