The Niagara Arts Guild has launched a series of video interviews with local artists. Art lovers can get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into guild members’ art studios and each artist’s process in creating their works.

The videos, shot and edited by Mark Milley, are short and sweet. Each one shows an artist’s space and how they utilize it to create their work. An interview is conducted by Nikki Milley, guild president, to get an inside peek into the artist’s thoughts and concepts behind their art.

“I want to keep the interview brief and the questions not quite so serious, more playful. My goal is to show a different side to the artist and keep the feeling comfortable and laid-back,” Milley said.

Each month an artist is featured in a new video that’s uploaded to the guild website,

Niagara Arts Guild is an active art organization whose members meet every third Friday of the month throughout the year. Its goal is to promote cultural growth in the community and bring people with a common interest together to collaborate, inspire and share best practices.
