The City of Lockport elementary school teacher facing her third charge of driving while intoxicated had another court appearance adjourned Thursday.
Marcy L. Cole, 35, of Main Street, Gasport, had been scheduled for an appearance in Royalton Town Court, but her attorney, Thomas Scirto, said the appearance was adjourned.
Cole, a fourth-grade teacher at Roy B. Kelley Elementary School, was arrested in October after a traffic stop on Gasport Road. She was charged with DWI, speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Cole is also facing a DWI charge in the Town of Lockport stemming from a Jan. 10 arrest on Day Road.
She pleaded guilty in Lockport Town Court in November to misdemeanor DWI in connection with an April 18, 2007, traffic stop.
Cole was pulled from the classroom at Roy B. Kelley on Jan. 8 after parents and teachers complained about her conduct at the school.
