David Mongielo will have another day in court. The Town of Lockport "sign guy" who faces five charges in the city, is scheduled to stand before Judge William Watson again at 2 p.m. next Wednesday.
Mongielo had a brief City Court appearance Wednesday with his lawyer.
He has been charged of obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, unregistered vehicle, second-degree harassment and two counts of using a cellphone while driving regarding a June incident.
Mongielo won the Conservative primary on Tuesday in the Town of Lockport supervisor race over incumbent Supervisor Marc Smith.
