City of Lockport
• DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Becca R. Bliemeister, 16, 195 Fowler St. lower, Kenmore, was charged with disorderly conduct. At 2:10 a.m. Sunday, Bliemeister was arrested after fighting with her girl friend on Green Street and refusing to leave the area. According to the report, Bliemeister was screaming and causing people to come out of their houses.
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Jermaine Davis, 37, 6940 Academy Lane was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. The patrol responded to Cottage Street on Saturday in reference to a door being damaged. The woman reported that Davis was standing outside yelling that he wanted to come inside. When the resident returned, she found the front door forced open. There was a warrant for Davis.
Newfane
• CHARGED: Carleen Teresa Covell, 20, 3287 Lockport-Olcott Road was charged with speeding and possession of an hypodermic instrument. At 11 p.m. Saturday, police saw a car going 65 mph in a 45 mph zone on Lockport-Olcott Road. Covell told officers there was package of hypodermic needles in the glove box. Covell was given an appearance ticket.
Town of Lockport
• DRUG OFFENSE: Tyler Mark Hungerford, 22, 6733 Rapids Road, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and aggravated unlicensed operation. Officers saw a vehicle with an item hanging from its rear view mirror. Police found a clear plastic bag with suspected marijuana and a pipe in the center console. A check of Hungerford’s license showed that it was suspended in May. There was a bench warrant out of the Village of Medina. Hungerford is due to appear in the Town of Lockport Court.
Wilson
• CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Ransomville woman reported that sometime after 10 p.m. on Friday, an unknown suspect spray-painted obscenities on her 2001 Pontiac causing $2,000 damage. All the rims were also painted with orange paint. The victim believes it was a hate crime because she is a lesbian, according to the report.
