City of Lockport

• HARASSMENT: Ira Lodge, 22, 130 Stevens Ave., Buffalo, was charged Wednesday afternoon with second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct. Lodge was reportedly the passenger in a car that was involved in an accident with a Williamsville man on South Transit Street about 1:30 p.m. Lodge allegedly got out of the car and punched the other driver on the left side of his jaw. While being taken into custody, Lodge allegedly yelled obscenities at the police officers and tried to pull away. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

• FORGERY: A Main Street, Barker, woman reported Tuesday that a man used her stolen HSBC MasterCard at Sears Hardware on South Transit Road on Monday to purchase a mechanical tool set for $48.59. The woman said she called the store about the purchase Wednesday. At the same time, the suspect was reportedly back at the store, trying to return the tool set and get cash. He was reportedly unable to get cash back for the item. Store employees attempted to stop the suspect from leaving the store, but he drove away, the report said.
