Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

LARCENY: Pernell L. Hobbs, 30, 39 Cave St., upper apt., was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree grand larceny. Lockport Police said Hobbs is scheduled to report Monday to Lockport City Court.

IMPERSONATION: Vincent McCabe, 33, 55 Elmira St., was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal impersonation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. McCabe is slated to report Monday to Lockport City Court.

LARCENY: Toni B. Crenshaw, 21, 219 Park Ave., was charged Thursday with petit larceny. According to Lockport Police, Crenshaw is due to report Monday to Lockport City Court.

ACCIDENT: Two cars were involved in an accident in the Walmart parking lot on South Transit Road at about 2:05 p.m. Wednesday, New York State Police said. No injuries were reported.
