Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — A Cambria man was charged Friday in connection with an early November string of vehicle break-ins.
Kelsey Russell, 20, faces five counts of petit larceny stemming from a string of thefts from vehicles in the Cambria area on Nov. 7. Russell was charged after a month-long investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office and New York State Police.
Russell was arraigned in Cambria Town Court and released from police custody. He's due back in court Jan. 15, according to the sheriff's office.
