BURGLARY: A Genesee Street man reported to Lockport Police Department Thursday that sometime since Monday, someone had entered his apartment through a broken, unlocked door and taken several items totaling $375, including a TV, a Playstation, 12 games, a stereo, a wooden stand and food. The man signed a statement and a burglary affidavit. 

POSSESSION: Mark Schufelt, 50, 54 John St. apt. lower, was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance Thursday. Arraignment date is 9:30 a.m. Monday under judge William Watson. 

HARASSMENT: Tyrone Hilson, Jr, 20, 225 East Ave apt 2, was charged with second degree harassment and a loud music violation Wednesday. Return date was 1:30 p.m. Wednesday under judge William Watson.  

Town of Lockport

DWI: David B. Doll, 48, 8704 Lake Road, Barker, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and driving on the shoulder. The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office found Doll on Lake Avenue near Heather Drive where his vehicle was stuck in a snowbank. Doll was taken to Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and is to report Tuesday in Lockport Town Court.
