Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

HARASSMENT: Ralph Williams III, 16, 30 Webb St., was charged with second-degree harassment Wednesday. Williams is to report at 9 a.m. Monday in city court. 

UNLICENSED OPERATION: Adam Reed, 23, 6491 Dysinger Road, apt. 14, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle Wednesday. Reed is scheduled to report at 1 p.m. Wednesday to Lockport City Court. 

HARASSMENT: Lawrence Carson, 40, 6594 Dysinger Road, apt. 9, was charged with second degree harassment Tuesday morning for a Nov. 3 incident. Carson is to appear at 1 p.m. Tuesday in city court.

Town of Lockport

MARIJUANA: Andrew F. Murrell, 42, 134 Pheasant Run Drive, was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is slated to appear today in Lockport Town Court.

CONTRABAND: Jasmine A. Rickard, 18, Upper Mountain Road, Lewiston, was charged Saturday with introducing contraband into prison and unlawful possession of marijuana. She is to appear today in Lockport Town Court.

Wheatfield

DWI: Brian D. Shea, 44, 7223 Woodmore Court, Lockport, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated. He is to appear in Wheatfield Town Court this week.
