MENACING: Jeremy Hoover, 29, no permanent address, was charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree menacing and leaving the scene of an auto accident Friday morning for a Dec. 22 incident. He was in court Friday under judge William Watson. 

UNLICENSED OPERATION: Heyward Clark, Jr., 49, 111 Liberty St. apt D, Batavia, was charged with third-degree aggressive unlicensed operation of a vehicle Friday. He was held in lieu of $250 bail. Return date is 9:00 a.m. Jan. 13 under judge William Watson. 

POSSESSION: Tyler Page, 34, 35 Corinthia St., was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle and second-degree obstructing government officials Thursday. Bail was set at $250. Return date is 9 a.m. Monday under judge William Watson. 

GRAND LARCENY: David Soulvie, 34, 5625 Keck Road was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and possession of stolen property Thursday for a Nov. 19 incident. Arraignment date is 9 a.m. Monday under judge William Watson. 

Town of Lockport

OBSTRUCTION: Robert C. Tester, 26, 6520 Ridge Road, was charged Wednesday with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said Tester was given an appearance ticket for Tuesday in Newfane Town Court.

DWI: James R. Duncan, 51, 3127 Ewing Road, Newfane, was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated and traffic infractions. He was taken to Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and scheduled to appear in Lockport Town Court.

LARCENY: Jose L. Molina-Roman, 34, was charged Thursday with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Molina-Roman was given a court appearance ticket, New York State Police said.

CONTEMPT: Dominick J. DeFlippo, 45, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt.
