IMPERSONATION: Andrew J. Guay, 20, 6035 South Transit Road, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation about 3:30 a.m. Saturday. Guay is due in Lockport City Court on Monday.

POSSESSION: Steven A. Pedley, 45, 3333 Niagara Falls Boulevard, North Tonawanda, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign. Pedley is due in Lockport City Court on Monday.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: Ryan A. Hewitt, 17, of Tonawanda, was charged with intent to damage property around 9:30 p.m. Friday on Robin Drive. Hewitt was issued an appearance ticket by New York State Police.

Cambria

TRESPASS: A property owner in the 3600 block of Lower Mountain Road reported that someone left footsteps in the snow leading to the shed where she keeps goats, sometime between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. The owner said that she’s had problems in the past with a person entering the property without permission. Nothing was stolen, and the animals appeared to be unharmed, the owner said. The owner will put up additional “posted” signs on the property.

Wilson

FIRE: Volunteers from the South Wilson and Wilson fire companies responded to a reported garage fire in the 3700 block of Beebe Road around 8:30 p.m. Friday. The property owner doesn’t believe anything was stored in the garage that would be the source of the fire, which fully engulfed the attached garage, according to the sheriff’s office. The cause was under investigation and no loss estimate was available Saturday.
