HOUSE FIRE: An 18-year-old resident of a North Ridge Road home reported smoke coming from the laundry room just after 3 p.m. Monday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Fire companies from Cambria, South Wilson and Shawnee responded to the scene and extinguished the fire. Damage was limited to the laundry room, the Sheriff’s Office said. 

Town of Newfane

LARCENY: A 20-year-old Ridge Road woman had $80 stolen from her car sometime between 12 a.m. and 10 a.m. Monday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The woman said the money was stolen from her wallet, which was on the front seat of her unlocked car. The Sheriff’s Office advised the woman to lock her car doors and to report any suspicious activity. 

Town of Lockport

UNLICENSED: Delman Molina-Roman, 38, 62 Van Buren St., was charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having inadequate taillights just before 8 p.m. Monday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and was due in Lockport Town Court on Tuesday.

MARIJUANA: James N. Bonning, 20, Corfu, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 6:50 p.m. Monday, the New York State Police said. Bonning was issued an appearance ticket.

ACCIDENT: The New York State Police were called to the scene of a two-car accident on Robinson Road just after 1 p.m. Monday. The accident resulted in property damage, and no injuries were reported, Police said.
