Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

DWI: Nicholas T. Ostrowski, 21, 427 South St., was charged with driving while intoxicated and a traffic violation March 15. He was scheduled to appear March 17 in City Court.

ASSAULT: Tonya M. Tedesco, 36, 577 Birchwood Drive, and Kenneth W. Houghton, 50, 137 Elmwood Ave., were both charged with third-degree assault March 16. Both were scheduled to appear March 17 in City Court.

NO LICENSE: Diamond W. Ubiles, 18, 6144 Ruhlmann Road, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign March 16. Ubiles was set to appear March 17 in City Court.

Town of Pendleton

DWI: Joseph D. Kennedy, 29, 5948 Bear Ridge Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding late March 15 in the 5000 block of East Canal Road. He's due in Pendleton Town Court today, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.

Town of Lockport

MARIJUANA: Christopher J. Clay, 19, 115 South St., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 3:30 a.m. March 16. Clay received a ticket to appear in Lockport Town Court on April 10, according to the sheriff's office.

DWI: Justin D. Northrop, 25, 374 West Ave., was charged with driving while intoxicated around 4 a.m. March 16 after driving his truck into a ditch on Lower Mountain Road, according to the sheriff's office. Northrop was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. He was due in Lockport Town Court on March 18.

MARIJUANA: Patrick I. Farley, 23, of Barker, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana March 15. Farley was issued an appearance ticket by New York State Police.

MARIJUANA: Rhonda G. Coulson, 29, of Newfane, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving with no headlights around 8:15 p.m. March 15. Coulson was issued an appearance ticket by New York State Police.

MARIJUANA: Stephanie L. Dier, 29, of Lockport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 11:20 p.m. March 15. Dier was issued an appearance ticket by New York State Police.
