Woman caught with drugs at jail

Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — A Niagara Falls woman was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after trying to smuggle marijuana in to an inmate at the Niagara County Jail while her daughter was with her, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said. 

Rosie L. Agee, 22, 2659 Spring St., Niagara Falls, was also charged with introducing prison contraband and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the Sheriff's Office, Agee tried to hide the marijuana in her mouth. She was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $500 bail. She is due in Lockport Town Court on April 3. 

Child Protective Services was also contacted, the Sheriff's Office said.
