Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport 

HARASSMENT: Barry Malagon, 25, 97 Willow St., was charged with second-degree harassment Saturday. Malagon is due in City Court on Monday.

UNLICENSED: Marcus Allen, 23, 49 Ringle St., Rochester, was charged with first-degree unlicensed operation of a vehicle, tailgating, failure to keep right and failure to signal Saturday. Allen is due in City Court on Monday.

Town of Lockport

VANDALISM: A man reported two tires on his truck were slashed overnight Friday-Saturday while the truck, a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, was parked in the 5900 block of Stone Road. The loss estimate is $500, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.

HARASSMENT: Sara M. Kush, 21, of Lockport, was charged with second-degree harassment Friday. The charge stems from an incident reported to New York State Police on March 9. Kush received an appearance ticket.

Medina

POSSESSION: Paul O. Slack, 26, of Gasport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance Thursday after a traffic stop by New York State Police on Ridge Road. Slack received tickets to appear in Ridgeway Town Court.
