TRESPASS: Daniel A. McFadden, 19, 274 Washburn St., Apt. 4, was charged Tuesday with trespassing. He was held for city court.

Town of Lockport

HARASSMENT: A Tonawanda Creek Road man said someone logged into his OK Cupid account while he was working out at a gym in Clarence and sent inappropriate messages to a Gasport woman just before midnight Monday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The man asked to have the incident on file. 

LARCENY: A Village Park woman reported the theft of $375 from on-top of her refrigerator just after 2:30 a.m. Monday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The woman said she thinks she knows who took the money, but attempts to contact the man by the Sheriff’s Office were unsuccessful, the Sheriff’s Office said. 

MARIJUANA: William N. Wittig, 45, Colonial Drive, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Sunday after being stopped for an expired inspection sticker, the New York State Police said. Wittig was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Lockport Town Court on May 15.

Town of Hartland

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT: Marc R. Sepanski, 24, Lockport, was charged with second degree criminal contempt after violating a full stay away order of protection, the New York State Police said. He was arraigned by Hartland Town Justice Joanne Sullivan and was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond. He is due in Town of Hartland Court in front of Town Justice Brian Fitts on April 8, Police said.
