AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED: Emily E. Morien, 40, 10205 Freeman Road, Medina, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle Saturday around 8:40 a.m., Lockport Police said. She is due in Lockport City Court on April 8.

LARCENY: John W. Walsh, 31, 107 Genesee St., was charged with petit larceny around 3 a.m. Saturday, Lockport Police said. Walsh was also wanted on an active warrant by Lockport Police, and was held without bail.

Town of Lockport

DWI: Christopher M. Delong, 29, 1212 19th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a blood alcohol content .18 or above, driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right just before 3 a.m. Saturday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. He was remanded to the Niagara County Jail on $250 bail and is due in Lockport Town Court on April 1.

BAD CHECK: Patricia L. Blair, 40, Niagara Falls, was charged with issuing a bad check just before 11 a.m. Friday, the New York State Police said. She was held on cash bail.

FRAUD: Chelsie T. Bogdan, 20, Lockport, was charged with petit larceny and identity theft just after 5:30 p.m. Friday, the New York State Police said. She was held on cash bail.

Gasport/Middleport

BURGLARY: A West Avenue man reported that an unknown person entered his apartment some time between 6:20 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. Friday and stole his Xbox system, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Along with the system, six games and two controllers were also stolen. The man was unable to identify any suspects, and the responding deputy advised the man to call his landlord and ask to have an updated lock put on the door, as the current lock could be easily opened, the Sheriff’s Office said. 

Wilson

MARIJUANA: Ryan D. Hecko, 18, 4315 Nelson Road and Christopher E. Reid, 19, 4820 Chestnut Road, Newfane, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 2:15 a.m. Saturday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Hecko and Reid were both issued appearance tickets and are due in Wilson Town Court on April 1. 

Cambria

DOMESTIC: Gregg W. Winstel, 18, Cambria, was charged with criminal mischief and second degree harassment just after noon on Friday, the New York State Police said. Winstel was released on his own recognizance.
