NO LICENSE: Nicholas Kirisits, 22, 225 Elmwood Ave., was charged Thursday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an equipment violation and speeding in a school zone. He is due Monday in Lockport City Court.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Lincoln Place woman reported that the rear driver’s side tire on her sports utility vehicle was punctured sometime after 1 a.m. Thursday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The woman also said that someone punctured all four tires on her boyfriend’s vehicle several days ago. The woman is familiar with a possible suspect, and has had ongoing problems with him, the Sheriff’s Office said. The case is open pending further investigation, the Sheriff’s Office said. 

LARCENY: Jason L. Benedict, 32, Lockport, was charged with petit larceny, grand larceny and unlawful possession of a personal ID around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, the New York State Police said.
