Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

ASSAULT: Johnny Calixte-James, 25, 556 18th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with second-degree assault, resisting arrest, obstruction of a government official and disorderly conduct early Saturday. He’s due in City Court on Monday.

DWI: Carly Klino, 25, 143 Telegraph Road, Middleport, was charged with driving while intoxicated, improper lane use, unreasonable speed and unsafe lane changing Saturday. Klino is due in City Court on Monday.

UNLICENSED DOG: George John, 20, 998 Niagara St., was charged with a dog licensing offense Friday. John was held in custody in lieu of $200 police bail. John is due in City Court on Tuesday.

PETIT LARCENY: Matthew Cornelius, 23, of Lockport, was charged with petit larceny Friday. Cornelius was issued an appearance ticket by New York State Police.
