MARIJUANA: Lee O. Jones, 24, 313 Beattie Ave., Apt. 1, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana April 3. Jones is due in City Court this week.

NO LICENSE: Jason J. Martin, 35, 351 Gooding St., was charged with two counts of third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and passing through a red light Monday. Martin is due in City Court this week.

NO LICENSE: Shamir W. Allen, 18, 126 Beaconsville Road, Apt. 3, Charlotte, N.C., was charged Tuesday with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license and an equipment violation. He’s due back April 15 in Lockport City Court.

MENACING: John A. Cassenti, 31, 500 Prospect St., was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree menacing and first-degree criminal contempt. He’s scheduled to appear today in Lockport City Court.

HARASSMENT: Robert D. Wright, 22, 25 Harvey Ave., was charged Monday with second-degree aggravated harassment. He’s due to appear today in Lockport City Court.

POSSESSION: Frank A. D’Angelo, 34, 40 Webb St., was charged Monday with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. No return court date was given.

HARASSMENT: Robert P. Hirsch, 20, 94 Jackson St., was charged Monday with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. He was scheduled to appear this week in city court.

THEFT: An Elm Court man reported Saturday to city police that an unknown person stole his bike sometime within the last month. The red Huffy 15-speed bicycle was valued at $25 and taken from the east side of his house. Police filed a report.

LARCENY: A Gooding Street man told police Sunday an unknown person entered his vehicle and took a gym bag with boxing glove wraps and other items, such as headphones, jumprope and a jacket, totaling $235. 

LARCENY: Lockport Police said a Pine Street woman reported Sunday that an unknown person took $20 from her apartment sometime over the weekend. The place was locked, but the woman said she lost her keys about two weeks ago.
