THEFT: Richard L. Caraco, 40, no address given, was charged Wednesday with theft of services. He was held for court.

TRESPASS: A Walmart employee reported that a man who is banned from the store entered around 2 p.m. Saturday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The man is banned due to previous larceny charges, and fled the store when approached by a store employee. The Sheriff’s Office applied for a warrant for trespassing through Lockport Town Court.

Gasport/Middleport

ASSAULT: Terry L. Herman, 63, 11484 Portage Road, Medina, was charged with third-degree assault around 6:15 a.m. Monday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Herman was issued an appearance ticket and was due in Royalton Town Court on Tuesday.
