DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Courtney C. Watts, 24, 6111 Strauss Road, Apt. F, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct. She was given a Lockport City Court appearance ticket for Monday.
TRESPASS: Fred W. Thompson, 59, 171 South St., Apt. rear, was charged Friday with trespassing. He’s due April 22 in Lockport City Court.

RECOVERED PROPERTY: A Dysinger Road man found a black right handed holster along with several unredeemable lottery tickets in the hallway of his apartment building around 8:15 p.m. Thursday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The man turned the items over to the building manager, who gave them to the responding deputy, the Sheriff’s Office said.
PROPERTY DAMAGE: A Harvest Ridge Way woman reported that a car drove through her front yard at about 9:15 p.m. Thursday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The woman reported hearing a loud noise, and a neighbor who also heard the noise discovered the damage to her property. The vehicle struck a small garden fence and a mailbox, leaving the fence scattered throughout the yard, and the mailbox three houses down from the woman’s home. Tire tracks were also left in the yard. The damage was estimated at around $100, the Sheriff’s Office said.
LARCENY: A Chestnut Ridge Road man reported that an 8-foot copper down spout had been stolen from his home sometime between Jan. 30 and April 7, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The value of the down spout was estimated at around $250.
FRAUD: Doreen M. Maertin, 36, Middleport, was charged with forgery of a government instrument around 9:50 a.m. Thursday, the New York State Police said.
