City of Lockport

ASSAULT: Anthony J. Ervin, III, 29, 8 Warren St., Apt. left, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and third-degree menacing. Ervin was held without bail ahead of an appearance today in Lockport City Court.

DWI: James T. Smith, 42, 5629 Jeffrey Drive, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was due today in Lockport City Court.

NO LICENSE: Damon J. Quackenbush, 23, 103 Genesee St., Apt. 1C, was charged Sunday with third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Quackenbush is due to report Wednesday to Lockport City Court.

DWI: Shawn T. Gailor, 40, 48 Ambleside Drive, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and failure to signal a turn. Gailor was due today in Lockport City Court.

DWI: Jason S. Trippensee, 30, 4677 Gasport Road, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was due today in Lockport City Court.

Royalton

LARCENY: A Chestnut Ridge Road man told the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office someone had taken his 2007 Yamaha Raptor all-terrain vehicle, which was worth $3,000. The man said he last saw the ATV on May 5 and noticed it was missing Saturday. It had been sitting in front of his garage while renovations were being done on the inside of the structure.
