DWI: Ronald V. Hansford, 43, 6035 South Transit Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to use a designated lane around 8:10 p.m. Thursday, after a traffic stop in the area of Meadow Lane Drive and Village Parkway, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. Hansford was held at the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. He is due in Lockport Town Court on Tuesday.
MARIJUANA: Anthony J. Iadresin, 19, Justice J. Devore, 18, and Tyler J. Dauria, 19, all were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 2:40 a.m. Friday on Sycamore Lane, according to the New York State Police. All three were released on appearance tickets.
LARCENY: Curtis T. Cogar, 23, 4120 Lake Ave., was charged with petit larceny around 3:30 a.m. Friday, after an incident at Tops Market, Lockport-Olcott Road, according to the sheriff’s office. Cogar was held at Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. Cogar is due in Newfane Town Court on Tuesday.
LARCENY: A West Creek Road man reported that his Galaxy S5 cellphone was stolen sometime during the afternoon June 10. The man said he was near the Wilson-Burt Bridge swimming with friends and had the phone in his backpack. When he arrived home, he noticed that the phone was missing. The phone is valued at $600, according to the sheriff’s office.
