LARCENY: An employee of the Hi-Quality gas station on South Transit Road reported that an unknown person driving a black Scion stole $9 in gas about 8 p.m. Wednesday. According to the employee, the unknown man paid $15 for gas, saying he’d been at pump seven, but in fact he pumped $24 of gas at pump six. A check of the car’s license plate number did not link it with a black Scion, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The case is considered closed unless additional information is made available.
