MARIJUANA: Robert L. Jones, 40, 27 Park Place, Apt. 5, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Saturday. He's due in Lockport City Court on Monday.
POSSESSION: Martin R. Stephen, 45, 10 Trowbridge St., Apt. B, was charged with third- and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance Friday. He's scheduled to appear Monday in Lockport City Court.

POSSESSION: Anthony F.M. Cross, 25, 57 Bright St., was charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument about 1:25 a.m. Saturday in the Tops Market parking lot, South Transit Road. The Niagara County Sheriff's Office said Cross allegedly had nine syringes in his vehicle. Cross reportedly told a deputy he was a member of the needle exchange program but couldn't produce a card. Cross was taken to Niagara County Jail on $250 bail ahead of a Thursday appearance in Lockport Town Court.
BURGLARY: The glass front doors were smashed out at Stevie V's Pizzeria, 6318 Robinson Road, and $100 was removed from the cash register sometime between 11 p.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday, according to the sheriff's office. A chunk of asphalt, surrounded by shattered glass, was found inside near the doors. The value of damage to the doors is $500. The case is to be forwarded to the sheriff's Criminal Investigation Bureau.
DWI: Anthony J. Murty IV, 21, 4505 Lake Ave., Lockport, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, moving unsafely from a lane, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate about 1:50 a.m. Saturday after a traffic stop at Ridge and Burch roads. In a breath test, Murty's blood alcohol content measured 0.22 percent, the sheriff's office said. Murty was taken to Niagara County Jail on $250 bail ahead of a Wednesday appearance in Cambria Town Court.
