DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Nicole Hewitt, 26, 143 South Transit St., apt. 2, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday evening.  Hewitt is due in City Court on Wednesday.

Town of Lockport

GRAND LARCENY: Tammy A. Elliott, 42, of Depew, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree identity theft Monday after an investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Criminal Division. Elliott is accused of making three unauthorized withdrawals from the Niagara County Jail inmate account system. Elliott is due in Lockport Town Court on Thursday.

ENDANGERMENT: Angel M. Sanney, 24, 6596 Dysinger Road, apt. 12, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child Monday and her apartment was searched by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, according to the sheriff's office. Sanney received a ticket to appear in Lockport Town Court on July 17. A quantity of suspected marijuana and a plastic bag containing white residue were taken from the apartment for testing, the sheriff's office said.

HARASSMENT: Thomas W. Mangine, 39, of Lockport, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and acting in a manner injurious to a child younger than 17 Monday in connection with an incident reported to New York State Police on June 22. Mangine was held for cash bail, according to police.

MISCHIEF: An unknown person broke into a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 8600 block of Ernest Road sometime overnight June 21-June 22. According to the sheriff's office, the back passenger-side window was smashed out. The owner said $110 cash, sitting on top of her purse inside the vehicle, was taken, but the purse and a laptop computer were left.

Newfane

HARASSMENT: A Newfane man reported he was struck in the face several times by a man while sitting in a vehicle outside his home in the 2700 block of South Main Street about 7 p.m. Monday. The victim said he was sitting in a friend's vehicle and his assailant reached in through an open window to hit him. The victim is pursuing a second-degree harassment charge against the assailant, according to the sheriff's office.
