HARASSMENT: Daniel McFadden, 19, 197 Union St., was charged with second-degree harassment Wednesday outside Lockport City Court. McFadden was the subject of an arrest warrant stemming from a June 15 incident, according to Lockport police. McFadden was arraigned in City Court.

POSSESSION: Stanley Wilson, 54, 92 Spalding St., apt. right, was charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance and petit larceny Wednesday. Wilson was arraigned in City Court.

Gasport

BURGLARY: A property owner in the 4500 block of Kayner Road reported a TV was taken from an unlocked, unattached garage on the premises some time between June 29 and Tuesday. The owner identified a possible suspect and the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office sent a crime scene investigation unit to process the scene. The 52-inch Sharp LCD TV is valued at $500.

Newfane

MENACING: Andrew J. Cornelius, 22, of Lockport, was charged with second-degree menacing, involving a weapon, at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday. Cornelius was held in New York State Police custody.

Pendleton

MISCHIEF: A property owner in the 7200 block of Lakeview Court reported damage was done to the door handle of a parked, locked vehicle sometime overnight June 27-28. The owner’s loss is estimated to be $150, according to the sheriff’s office.

LARCENY: A property owner in the 7200 block of Lakeview Court reported $10 change and a cell phone charger were taken from an unlocked vehicle on the premises sometime overnight June 24-25. The owner’s loss is estimated to be $40, according to the sheriff’s office.
