CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Hallmark Lane man reported that an unknown person shot out the back window of his 2012 Ford Explorer with what appeared to be a BB gun, sometime between 3:15 and 3:40 p.m. Friday, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office said. The man said he was mowing his front lawn and when he parked the mower in his shed he saw the window was shattered. While cleaning up glass, the man said his wife found a silver BB. The man said that a teenager living across the street owns a BB gun, but did not want the responding deputy to speak with the teen. The man said he couldn't prove who shot the window out.
