MARIJUANA: Reginald E. Tucker, 48, 6584 Dysinger Road and Paul D. Atkin Jr., 24, 779 Hawley St. were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. The patrol received information of a suspicious vehicle Friday on North Transit. There was an odor of marijuana. Marijuana was found between the passenger seat and the console and in their pants' pockets.
CONTEMPT: David D. Griffin, 40, 22 Washburn St., side was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second degree harassment Sunday. According to the report, Griffin and the victim were in an argument on Saturday. Griffin threw the contents of his beer bottle on the wall and ceiling. He then threw the bottle at the victim, striking her. He took the cat, but the victim was able to retrieve the cat. The victim, who has a limited order of protection, requested a full order of protection. On Sunday, Griffin allegedly broke into the her residence and police found him sitting on the couch. He fled into the bathroom and was apprehended. He appeared intoxicated and refused to cooperate during the booking process.

DWI: Kelly A. Duffy, 42, 6306 Heritage Point was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving on the shoulders of the road and driving too slow, impeding traffic Saturday. The sheriff's patrol responded to Lockport Road and Comstock road for a report of a reckless driver called in by another motorist at 3:14 a.m. According to the report, Duffy was traveling 35 mph in a 55 mph zone and drove across the fog line then back onto the road. Patrol stopped said vehicle on Lockport Road just west of Bear Ridge road. Duffy said she was heading home from the casino. There was odor of alcohol. Duffy's eyes were glassy and her speech was slurred. She failed field sobriety tests and recorded .15 percent blood alcohol content.
