LARCENY: A Ridgewood Drive woman reported that an unknown person took a $100 GPS device and 50 cents from her unlocked vehicle between 5 p.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The woman was advised to lock her car doors, the Sheriff’s Office said. 

IMPERSONATION: Timothy Rose, 54, 319 38th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with criminal impersonation, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation around 8:05 a.m. Thursday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Rose was held on detainers from the Amherst Police Department and the Erie County Sheriff’s Office. He is due in Lockport Town Court on May 6.

IMPERSONATION: Rodney L. Barnes, 43, 1129 Ontario Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged with criminal impersonation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding around 11:40 a.m. Thursday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. He is due in Lockport Town Court on May 6.

SHOPLIFTING: Pernell L. Hobbs, 30, 15 Pound St., Lockport, was charged with petit larceny around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Hobbs was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Lockport Town Court on May 1.
