Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — A Getzville couple is facing disorderly conduct charges after an altercation with city police early Sunday morning.

Lockport Police said Bryan A. Jordan, 33, and Nicole L. Jordan, 32, 3420 Millersport Highway, Apt. upper, were arrested at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday.

Officers were called to the Navy Marine Club on Park Avenue to deal with unruly customers, when they reportedly saw a group of people in the parking lot arguing and yelling, refusing to leave. Police told the group to disperse and leave, but the group continued to argue and shout profanity. Eventually, the group started to leave.

The arrest reports said an argument between the Jordans turned physical when Bryan allegedly tried to drive away in Nicole’s vehicle. Police said Bryan Jordan does not have a valid driver’s license.

As the group broke up, officers were able to identify many of those who were present. Police reported that the Jordans stood out thanks to their “aggressive behavior.” Nicole Jordan reportedly shouted profanity at another woman and was told repeatedly to stop yelling, police said.

While the Jordans were arrested, police found a black digital scale with a white residue in Nicole Jordan’s purse. The scale will be tested and further charges are pending, police said.

Bryan Jordan was also charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. The Jordans were scheduled for arraignment Monday in Lockport City Court.
