ASSAULT: Jermaine R. Webster, 33, 101 Vine St., was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, second-degree menacing and obstruction of breathing. Webster is scheduled to appear today in Lockport City Court.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Tammy L. Kathke, 45, 152 Cottage St., Apt. 5, was charged Monday with trespassing and disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to appear today in Lockport City Court.
NO LICENSE: Monika D. Pawlowski, 36, 13 Blackley Court, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property accident Saturday. Lockport Police said she was released on $500 bail.
DWI: Sandra Smith, 62, 2 Royal Lane, was charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property accident and improper lane use Saturday. Smith reportedly hit a utility pole on Outwater Drive. She was released on $260 bail, Lockport police said.
LARCENY: Brandon M. Stickney, 46, 218 Washburn St., Apt. 3, was charged with petit larceny Saturday. He appeared Monday in City Court.
HARASSMENT: Cory J. English, 36, 566 South Transit St., Apt. 2, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment Sunday. English appeared Monday in City Court.
Town of Lockport
MARIJUANA: Dakota J. Sherwyn, 17, 1726 County Line Road, Lyndonville, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 9:45 a.m. Sunday, after he was stopped while on foot in the 4500 block of Lake Avenue. Sherwyn received a ticket from the Niagara County Sheriff’s office. He is due in Lockport Town Court on May 6.
LARCENY: The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said a purse was taken from a Ruhlmann Road woman Sunday, with the taken items totaling $120.
NO LICENSE: Anthony J. Vandenbosch, 28, 362 Clinton St., was charged Monday with third-degree unauthorized operation of a motor vehicle.
BURGLARY: A North Ridge Road man reported to Niagara County Sheriff’s Department Monday that an unknown suspect had broken into his garage sometime between 10 p.m. Sunday night and 5 p.m. Monday morning, damaging a vehicle and taking several items with a total value of $1,650. Patrol has no suspects at this time.
