LARCENY: A Church Road man reported around 9:40 a.m. Friday that after selling his gold Ford Focus for $4,000 in March, the man and woman who purchased the car did not return the license plates to him, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The man said he let the buyers take the car home after purchasing it with the agreement that they would return the license plates after they registered the vehicle. They failed to do so, and attempts to contact the man and woman have been unsuccessful. The man was issued a form to fill out and was instructed to contact the Sheriff’s Office if any details emerge regarding the buyers.
