LARCENY: Stanley D. Wilson, 53, 218 Washburn St., Apt. right, was charged Wednesday with petit larceny, stemming from a Sunday incident at Rite Aid Pharmacy on Washburn. Lockport Police said Wilson was found at Lockport City Court and arrested without incident.

CONTEMPT: Donald M. Shaver, 27, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, the New York State Police said.
MARIJUANA: Scott A. Hinman, 50, 7216 Rapids Road, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana just before 9 a.m. Wednesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Hinman was issued an appearance ticket, and was due in Lockport Town Court Wednesday.
FORGERY: An unknown male wearing a hooded sweatshirt attempted to use a counterfeit $20 bill for his order at McDonald’s on South Transit Road around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The cashier who took the $20 bill took it to her manager, as she felt it wasn’t a real $20 bill, the Sheriff’s Office said. While doing this, the male drove away. The manager at the time did not have access to video security footage, but said he would leave a not for the day shift on Wednesday to see if the man or the car could be identified.
BURGLARY: A Bowen Road man who went to check on his deceased father’s home on Rapids Road discovered that the window to the door on the south side of the residence was broken sometime between 4 p.m. Monday and 7 p.m. Tuesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. A 40-inch Samsung TV worth $200 was stolen, as well as copper piping from the basement of the house. Several other buildings on the property had their doors pried open. The case was forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
