Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — City of Lockport

NO LICENSE: Tina N. Sponaugle, 41, 89 Ontario St., side apartment, was charged Thursday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving without inspection and two equipment violations. She is due Monday in Lockport City Court.

ASSAULT: Hannah J. Crawford, 21, 477 Hawley St., was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and resisting arrest. She is due Monday in Lockport City Court.

UNLICENSED: Kelly M. Rados, 37, 4898 Beach Ridge Road, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no turn signal around 1 a.m. Thursday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Rados was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. She is due in Lockport Town Court on May 20.

MARIJUANA: Casey L. Brown, 31, 3076 Schenk Road, Sanborn, and Grace M. Platt, 24, 7257 Lockport-Olcott Road, Newfane, were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. Both were also issued tickets for having an open alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, and issued appearance tickets. Brown and Platt are due in Lockport Town Court on June 3.
