NO LICENSE: Andre M. Thompson, 40, 85 Elmwood Ave., Apt. right, was charged Tuesday with third-degree unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, following an accident on Walnut Street. He was scheduled to appear this week in Lockport City Court.

LARCENY: Calvin L. Williams, 46, no permanent address given, was charged Wednesday with third-degree larceny, third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle and two counts of petit larceny. He’s due Monday in Lockport City Court.

MENACING: Sincere R. Wiley, 22, 145 Green St., was charged Wednesday with third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. Wiley is scheduled to appear Monday in Lockport City Court.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A Gothic Hill man reported that someone egged his home and spray painted an expletive at the end of his driveway sometime between 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. The man said he has no problems in the area, and does not know who would have defaced his property.

UNLICENSED: Gilbert A. Jacobs, 36, 226 Grand St., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway, the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office said. He was taken to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $100 bail and was due in Lockport Town Court on Thursday.
