Pair arrested after 7-11 larceny

Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — A woman and man face separate charges after the report of a petit larceny at the 7-Eleven on Davison Road on Wednesday.

Carly S. Haseley, 30, 132 South Transit St. was charged with petit larceny. William S. Johnson, 35, also of 132 South Transit St. was charged with alcoholic beverage, equipment violation, no inspection and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

According to the report, a man and woman entered the store about 1 a.m. and the male talked to the clerk at the counter. The female left the store without buying anything. The victim wrote down the license number of their vehicle and then watched the video.

She allegedly took three bottles of Four Loko, valued at $3.28 each, and put them in her purse. Haseley is the registered owner of the vehicle.

At 2:10 a.m. Johnson was stopped for a traffic violation on South Transit. Haseley was arrested for the outstanding arrest package and Johnson was arrested on traffic violations. They were transported to the Lockport Police Station without incident.
