City of Lockport

LARCENY: A Beattie Avenue man reported Monday to Lockport Police that an unknown person took his iPhone 4s, valued at $300, while he was at track practice. Police said there are no suspects.

NO LICENSE: Izayah L. Eustice, 23, 340 Park Ave., Apt. 1, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a traffic infraction Monday. He is due today in Lockport City Court.

NO LICENSE: Joseph Bartholomew, 51, 57 John St., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a traffic infraction Tuesday. He is due today in Lockport City Court.

Gasport/Middleport

LARCENY: A Quaker Road woman reported that a metal chimney stove top was removed from her property some time between March 18 and Monday. The chimney's estimated value is $1,500. The case is closed pending further information, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office. 

Newfane

SHOPLIFTING: Courtney A. Butler, 26, of Lockport, was charged with petit larceny just after 3 a.m. Tuesday. Butler received an appearance ticket from the New York State Police.
