LARCENY: A Buffalo woman told Lockport City Police while at Lockport High School on Jan. 14, someone had taken her iPhone 4 from her bag. The bag was located in the bleachers during a basketball game. The phone was valued at $500.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Michael Conley Jr., 16, 188 Jackson St., upper apartment, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct. Lockport City Police said Conley is due today in city court.

MISCHIEF: Jason A. Lanzo, 77 Elmwood Ave., east apartment, was charged Thursday with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering.

HARASSMENT: Brian S. Williams, 23, 438 West Ave., lower front apartment, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment. Lockport City Police said Williams is due Jan. 22 in city court.

MARIJUANA: Thomas J. Braunscheidel, 21, Lockport, was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. New York State Police said he was given a court appearance ticket.
