Lockport Union-Sun & Journal — Wasik admitted to having a bottle of vodka and several beers, the report said. His license was revoked for a previous DWI conviction in Cambria back on May 18, 2011. There is also a restriction that says an interlock device must be present in his vehicle, for which there wasn't in the vehicle Wasik was driving.
A chemical test found Wasik's blood alcohol content to be .22 percent. He was taken to the Niagara County Jail on $750 bail.
