Panthers capture school's first ever N-O soccer title outright

The Lady Raiders broke the contest wide open nine minutes later with two goals just 50 seconds apart by Denny and Kassandra Neadow.
Clare later rounded out the Barker scoring with her second goal of the afternoon.
Olivia Hermann and Dominique Hughes scored the goals for the winless Lady Mustangs.
Kenmore 7, Wilson 2
Kaeli Mathias scored five goals to spark Kenmore (9-1-1) past Wilson (1-10).
Akron 4, Newfane 0
Cate Kelkenberg and Alisha Bell each scored two goals to lead Akron (7-4) past Newfane (2-8-2) 4-0.
Roy-Hart 4, Buff Sem 1
MIDDLEPORT — Paige Flynn scored three goals and Casidhe Heschke one to pace Roy-Hart over Buffalo Seminary.

Barker/R-H 31, Amherst 0
AMHERST — Pounding out over 400 yards on the ground and scoring in every quarter Barker/Royalton-Hartland romped to a 31-0
non-league football victory over Amherst Thursday.
Brad Bobbitt rushed for 147 yards, Brett Cole 137 and Jacob Haight 100 to spearhead the attack for Barker/Roy-Hart, which has won five in a row to go to 5-3 on the season.
“We ran the ball very well,” Barker/Roy-Hart head coach Bill Bruning said.
Barker/Roy-Hart jumped out to an 8-0 first quarter lead on an eight-yard touchdown run and a two-point conversion carry by Cole.
A 47 yard touchdown run by Cole and an extra point kick by Haight in the second quarter upped the lead to 15-0.
Haight broke loose for a long 85 yard touchdown run in the third quarter to make it 22-0 as he again also added the extra point kick.
Barker/Roy-Hart capped off the big victory with a 35-yard field goal by Haight and a 55 yard interception return for a touchdown by Cole in the fourth quarter.
Bobbitt also had an interception and eight tackles for the Barker/Roy-Hart defense, which also got three sacks by Nick Burdick and two each by Brad Hayes, Amos Andrew and Nick Bachman.
Barker/Roy-Hart will close out its season at 6 p.m. Wednesday, hosting Lackawanna in another non-league game.
