LOCKPORT —

Joe Kulikowski topped the home team with 17 points.
“I’ve been trying to hold them back. Now I guess we can finally look ahead to Friday,” Gilson said. “Friday’s a big game for us. There should be a nice atmosphere. It’s good to have them at home.”
Ken West beat visiting Lockport in December, 65-62, in their earlier meeting this season.

BARKER — The N-O’s best player by far in 2013-14, Raiders senior Jake Haight, led all scorers with 21 points in Tuesday’s win against visiting Newfane.
Bryce Moeller added 12 points, 9 blocks and 7 rebounds for head coach Dave Carson’s undefeated Raiders (6-0 N-O, 10-0 overall). Mitch Luckman added 11 points and 7 assists; and Chris Sweeney chipped in with 10 points for the winners.
Sam Watkins topped head coach Eric Klumpp’s Panthers with 12 points. Josh Kneeland added 10.
“Jake’s coming off back-to-back triple-doubles. He had five rebounds and seven steals. He certainly is a complete player,” Carson said. “I thought both teams did a nice job defensively. They defended well against our shooters and I felt we did the same. I was happy with our effort. A credit to them that they held us to 12 points under average this year.”
Next up, the Raiders hit the road for a Thursday contest at CSAT.
