MENACING: An Olcott man told deputies he was at Dunkin’ Donuts on South Transit Road about 3:30 p.m. when a man came in and began yelling at him. The man reportedly yelled, “Come outside, I’m gonna beat your (expletive). I should punch you in the face right now.” The man reportedly brought his fist down toward the victim’s face as if he were going to strike him. The victim reportedly said did not want to fight and called 911. The investigation is continuing.

ID THEFT: An 86-year-old Wallace Avenue woman reported Thursday that she lost her credit card over a year ago and never reported it. The woman said she noticed about $70 of charges on the card made since April 7. The woman canceled the card, the report said.
Wheatfield
HARASSMENT: Jason Michael Shaner, 21, 2080 River Road, Lot 114, was charged Thursday night with second-degree harassment. A River Road woman told deputies Shaner pushed her after they got in an argument about transmission fluid leaking from Shaner’s vehicle. Shaner allegedly pushed the woman in the chest, causing her to step back. He was released on his own recognizance and is due June 4 in Wheatfield Town Court.
