• HARASSMENT: A Lockport-Olcott Road woman reported Sunday that her neighbor, with whom she has an ongoing dispute over the property line, came onto her property and began removing survey markers. A verbal argument ensued, and the woman said the man pushed her and struck her in the face, the report said. The woman said the man had been told several times to stay off her property. The man reportedly told deputies the woman pushed him and denied striking her. Neither person wanted to press charges, and deputies advised the man to stay away from the woman’s house.

• SHOPLIFTING: Jessica N. Sajdak, 17, of Ransomville was charged last week with petit larceny. State troopers arrested Sajdak after she allegedly tried to steal merchandise from Spencer Gifts at the Eastern Hills Mall on Transit Road. She is due today in Clarence Town Court.
